During these times of food insecurity, we are here to provide dairy, meat and eggs to the community.
Our main focus on the farm is our raw milk dairy.
Our raw milk has helped families all around the Scottsbluff, NE area by healing guts, providing kids with a great source of calcium and helping those get back to drinking milk when they haven't been able to drink store bought (pasteurized) milk.
Chapman Family Farms & Dairy is proudly RAWMI “Listed”. We are committed to producing safe and clean raw milk for our community.

“I was so excited to bring REAL fresh items to my table. Milk and coffee creamers and even ice cream make me so sick for days. I tagged along with my friend to the farm and grabbed some goodies for my family to try it out. What a pleasant surprise! Great taste, clear easy instructions, and best of all no stomach pain. The ice cream was great, the milk does take a little bit of getting use to but I can actually drink it without feeling like I’m Dying!, and the coffee creamer was a perfect taste for morning coffee.
