Our Milk Is:

Raw - This means the milk has NOT been pasteurized or altered in anyway. Raw milk contains a variety of vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, enzymes and good bacteria - that your body can actually utilize and helps your body process the milk
Non Homogenized - Cream rises to the top and thickens with age
Full Cream - If you order milk from us, we do not skim cream.
Hormone and Antibiotic Free - There is NEVER antibiotics in our milk. If our cows are given antibiotics when needed, their milk is ALWAYS pulled from the line and dumped. We NEVER use rBST.
Quality Tested Monthly - We test almost ever batch of milk each month for Stand Plate Counts and Coliforms, this gives us an idea how well we are cleaning our machine and how we are prepping our cows. We are always within raw milk institute standards.
