Ideas to use up your raw milk

So you get to the end of the week and it’s time for you to pick up more milk from the farm, but you still have a half gallon left over from last pickup!

Don’t fret!

Raw milk is a wonderful, living food that changes over time.

It doesn’t spoil.

There are endless opportunities for your raw milk to turn into something different, here a just a few ideas:

Make a different product

  • Yogurt

  • Farmers Cheese

  • Cottage Cheese

  • Sour Cream

  • Chocolate milk

  • Whipped cream

  • Mock your favorite coffee drink
